     Pizza Crust

1 1/2 c warm water
1-1/4 oz packet yeast
2 T oil
2 T sugar
1 1/2 T salt
4 c flour

Put warm water in large bowl, add sugar, and yeast. Stir slowly until dissolved. Let sit about ten minutes. Add salt and oil. Stir again. Add 1 c flour, whisk, and second cup of flour, whisk, add third cup of flour and combine. Add last cup, begin to combine and knead by hand.
Remove to counter and knead for 8-10 minutes. Coat with oil and cover. Allow to raise 60-75 minutes. Cut in half. Roll into balls. Press each one flat to squeeze and release any air. Form into balls. Rest for 30 minutes.. Preheat oven to 450 and bake for 10-15 minutes.
