Stir together all but tomato sauce and mix well.
Cook on high til it bubbles.
Turn heat down and add tomato sauce.
Stir well, return to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.
Marinate-
1 med onion
garlic
2 T sugar
1/4 c water
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c oil
2 t ginger
1 can beer
Adjust marinade amount to cover ribs and soak ribs overnight in
refrigerator.
Marinate ribs, reserve marinade.
Cook ribs at 350 for one hour fat side up.
Turn and baste with marinade and cook 1 hour longer.
Add BBQ sauce last.
