Cook vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, parsley flakes and garlic salt on the stove until it boils. Let it cool.
Make 1 box of angel hair pasta - cooked per directions on the box.
Mix all together. Chill.
Best after it sits a day or two so it can be made ahead.
