     Chinese Cabbage Salad

Head of Cabbage (can use red, green or combination)
1/2 Cup Olive oil
3 T. Sugar
1 pkg. Top Ramen Oriental Soup
1/2 t. Ground black pepper
3 T. Vinegar
4 Green onions
1/2 Cup chopped almonds

1. Wash cabbage; peel outside leaves off; shred remaining cabbage and place in large serving bowl. 2. Mix/blend Ramen seasoning pkt. with oil; vinegar; ground pepper; and sugar in a small bowl. Once mixed, stir into cabbage; cover and place in refrigerator.
3. One hour before serving, break Ramen noodles and mix into cabbage.
4. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve.
