Bacon Cheeseburger Chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
6 skinless,boneless chicken breasts,split
1/4 c teriyaki sauce
1/2 c ranch dressing
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb bacon or bacon bits
In lrg skillet,heat oil and butter over med-high heat. Add chicken and saute 4-5 min per side until lightly browned. Place browned chicken in a foil lined baking pan. Cover with teriyaki sauce and top with ranch dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and top with bacon bits. Bake at 350 for 25-35 min or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
