Boil pasta shells to just shy of al dente.
Drain and cool shells. Set aside.
Soften cream cheese in microwave.
Combine all ingredients.
Stuff shells with cheese mixture.
Place stuffed shells into greased pan.
Ladle sauce / marinara over stuffed shells.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, bake for another 15 minutes.
