Butter - grease bundt cake pan.
Combine 1 cup sugar and 2 tsps. cinnamon.
Quarter each biscuit.
Drop roll biscuit quarters into sugar - cinnamon mixture.
Place into bundt cake pan.
Combine 1/2 cup of left over sugar - cinnamon mix, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, and 1 cup butter into small sauce pan.
Heat mixture and drizzle into bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 for ~30 minutes.
