     Fruit and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
VINAIGRETTE
1/4 C. Balsamic vinegar
1/4 C. Honey
1/3 extra virgin olive oil
1/4 C. Water
2 cloves fresh garlics
1 t. Lemon pepper
1/2 t. Salt
SALAD
 
2 bundles fresh spinach
2 pears or oranges
Lemon juice
1 red onion
1 C. Walnuts (or substitute pecans or almonds)

Instructions
Directions for Vinaigrette To the vinegar add the honey and olive oil. Next add water and blend. Finally, add crushed clove, lemon pepper and salt. Stir until well blended. Wait to add dressing just before serving the salad.
Rinse and remove stems of spinach. Thinly slice pears or oranges. Add the thinly sliced rings of re onion to the pears and mix with spinach. Toast nuts on a baking sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Toss all together and serve.
