     Mom's Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Pkgs. shredded hash browns
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 C. Chopped onion
1 t. Salt
Pepper to taste
1 carton (12 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 C. Crushed corn flakes
 
Instructions
Melt 1/4 C. Butter and mix with corn flakes. Melt the rest of the butter and sauté onions.
Combine the rest of the ingredients with the onions (except for corn flakes mixture).
Sprinkle the cornflakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. To 1 hour.
