     Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetaqble oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
2 cups grated zucchini
2 1/2 cups flour
4 Tlbs cocoa
 
1 tdsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Mix and bake in greased and floured loaf pan. 350 degrees 45 minutes or until toothpick indicates doneness.
