1 Can of Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz Sour Cream
1 Package of frozen Southern ore-ida potatoes (Thawed)
1 packgae (8 ounce) Sharp Chedder Cheese
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Cut Up Onion
3 tbsp of soft butter
Instructions
1. Mix All Ingredients well in a large bowl.
2. Place in a 9x13 cake pan
3. Cook at 350 Degrees for 55-60 minutes or until edges are crisp and brown (uncovered)
