     Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
2 10 oz boxes chopped frozen broccoli, cooked for about 3-4 mins. and drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 eggs (beaten)
1 medium onion
1 cup sharp cheese (grated)
1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing/Miracle Whip)
Pepperidge Farm Dressing
 

Instructions
Put broccoli in 2 quart baking dish and pour the above mixture over broccoli. Put Pepperidge Farm Dressing on top and pats of butter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbling. Note- I usually mix the broccoli and sauce mixture together which seems to five the broccoli added flavor.
