Ingredients
1 large can sweet potatoes, cut small
2 eggs
1/3 cup Pet (evaporated) milk
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
TOPPING INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
 
1/3 stick butter
1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
Place sweet potatoes in bottom of pan. Beat eggs, milk, butter, sugar and vanilla together. Pour over sweet potatoes. Topping Stir together brown sugar, flour and butter. Sprinkle over sweet potato mix. Add more pecans on top, leaving them whole. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes (glass dish).
