     Pistachio Bread

1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding (small)
1 small sour cream
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
3 eggs
3 Tbs brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup of pecan chips

Beat cake mix, pudding, sour cream, oil water, and eggs well until smooth. Spray each loaf pan. Divide batter for each pan. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecan chips to make the topping. Pat 1/2 of mixture on each one by hand. Cook 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Really good for Easter or Christmas.
