     Pasta with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Long/thin pasta, cooked
mushrooms, cut thin
1/3 C red wine
1/3 C beef broth
large dash cream
salt and pepper
parmesan/romano cheese, grated

Saute` mushrooms in butter until flexible.
Add red wine; cook until evaporated.
Add beef broth; cook until thickened.
Add large dash cream and sprinkling of nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook for a moment, then mix with pasta. Sprinkle parmesan/romano cheese over the top!
