     Judith's Thai Coconut Fish Curry

Ingredients
2 cans coconut milk
2 Tbsp green curry paste
tilapia or other white fish, about a pound and a half
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (about 1 small package)
1 Tbsp fish sauce
half a jalapeno, chopped finely
1 Tbsp salt
 

Instructions
Bring coconut milk and curry paste to a boil.
Add all other ingredients; cook until fish is flakey and cooked through (approx. 10 minutes).
