Aloo (Potato) Sandwich

Ingredients
-
4-6 Aloo (Potato)
-
1/2 Onion Chopped
-
Pinch of Jeera
-
Shredded Cheese
-
Salt to taste
-
Hara Dhaniya
-
Butter (can be fat free)
-
Fat free cheese spread
-
Fat free Mayo
 
-
4-8 slices of Bread

Instructions
Boil 4-6 aloo (potato) in microwave (takes 5 minutes on high..don't peel them...just put them raw in microwave)
Add chopped onions - salt - jeera - shredded cheese - butter - hara dhaniya and mash all this with the boiled potatoes
Add butter to outer part of bread
Add cheese spread or sauce or mayo to inner part - filling (made in step 2). Put sandwich in toaster.
