     Mexican Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 lb pasta
1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup sweet corn
(15 oz) can black beans drained
(14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes
1/4 cup salsa
3 Tablespoons Taco seasoning
 
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package then drain. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook onions and pepper in oil until lightly browned. Stir in corn, black beans, tomatoes, salsa, taco seasoning and salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes. Toss sauce with cooked pasta.
