Prepare zucchini noodles
-Cut straw sized strips of zucchini and cook in a fry pan with a pinch of virgin olive oil
|

|
-In a frypan cook seafood with garlic (4min)
-Once cooked add finely diced tomato and lemon and heat through
|
|
|
Toss through zucchini noodles and drizzle EVOO to serve (optional)
|
