     Crispy Chicken with Creamy Orange Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup panko
6 boneless, skinless breast pouned to 1/4 in thickness
2 taablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 teaspoon fresh minced thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
 

Instructions
In three seperate bowls, place flour, egg, panko. Dredge chicken in flour, egg and then panko.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil until hot. Add chicken and cook 3 mins on each side. Remove. Wipe Clean.
Add cream, thyme, and salt to pan, bring to a boil. Cook stirring frequently 7 mins. Stir in marmalade. Serve over the chicken.
