     Taco Soup

Ingredients
1/2 yellow onion diced
2 lb. hamburger
1 can mild diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can golden sweet corn
1 can pinto beans
1 can seasoned black beans
Small can diced green chili peppers
1 can mexican style stewed tomatoes in tomato juice
1 can chili hot beans
 
Envelope original taco seasoning
Envelope ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
Giant can (46 fl oz) 100% tomato juice
Cracked pepper
1 cup water

Instructions
1. Dice half a yellow onion and put in large pot on stove on 4 2. Cook 1/2 lb. of hamburger in microwave for 5 minutes in pampered chef cooker x4 (Total of 2 lbs) Drain grease and add to pot 3. Add to pot 1 can mild diced tomatoes with green chiles 4. Add to pot 1 drained can of golden sweet corn 5. Add to pot 1 can drained pinto beans (Rinse beans first by adding water then refraining a couple times to get syrup out) 6. Add to pot 1 can seasoned black beans 7. Add small can of diced green chili peppers 8. Add 1 can mexican style stewed tomatoes in tomato juice and cut up any large chunks 9. Add 1 can chili hot beans (Add 1/2 can of water into pot to get good spices off sides) 10. Add envelope of original taco seasoning and envelope of ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix 11. Stir 12. Add giant can (46 fl oz) of 100% tomato juice 13. Add cracked pepper 14. Add 1 cup water 15. Put lid on and let boil/cook about 20 min until hot
Serving Suggestions
Eat with tortilla chips (multigrain scoops), sour cream, and shredded cheese
