      Stew, Lentil and Black Bean

Ingredients
1/2 large onion
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. vegetable broth
1 T. tomato paste
1/2 c. red lentils
1 c. drained, rinsed black beans
 
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Juice of 1 lime
Cilantro

Instructions
Chop onion and sauté over medium until soft. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin and paprika; sauté 1 min. Add broth and tomato paste; bring to boil. Add lentils and cook until tender -- about 25 mins. Partially mash beans and add to stew with salt, pepper and lime. Cook 5 mins. Garnish with cilantro.
About 115 calories per serving.
