Chop onion and sauté over medium until soft.
Add garlic, chili powder, cumin and paprika; sauté 1 min.
Add broth and tomato paste; bring to boil.
Add lentils and cook until tender -- about 25 mins.
Partially mash beans and add to stew with salt, pepper and
lime. Cook 5 mins.
Garnish with cilantro.
