In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning, prepare according to package. Add cream cheese, cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, chill for 1 hour. Cook pasta according to package. Gently toss with butter. Fill each shell with 3 tablespoons of meat mix. Place in greased 9 inch square dish. Bake 350 for 30 mins.
