Boil 4 tea bags in 4 cups of hot water till
brewed. Then add 1 cup of honey, and your freshly
squeezed lemon juice to mixture and stir. Slice
raspberries into smaller pieces and place into a
sauce pan with 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2
tablespoons of water and bring to a boil. “This
will create a raspberry sauce.” Once the berries
are ready remove from the pan and place into tea.
Once the honey has mixed into the tea with the
lemon and raspberry mixture, place in the fridge
to cool for up to 2 hours. Then drink.
