Ingredients
1/4 C walnuts (or sub other nut)
1/4 C pecans
2 Tbs ground flax seed
1/2-1 tsp ground cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbs almond butter
1 Banana (mashed)
3 Eggs
 
1/4 C unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 handfull fresh berries (optional)

Instructions
Add dry ingredients to a food processor and pulse mixture to a course grain. Whisk egg and milk together until custard consistency. Blend mashed banana and almond butter together thoroughly and add to custard.
Stir the nut mixture into the custard.
In a medium saucepan, warm the mixture on the stove until mixture reaches desired consistency and eggs look firm. Stir frenquently
