     Monkey Bread

Ingredients
3 cans biscuits, cut into quarters
Sugar
Cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
pecans (optional)
 

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 - Make a cinnamon and sugar mixture to taste, and put it in a gallon ziplock bag - Open biscuit cans and quarter the biscuits - Put biscuit pieces into bag of cinnamon/sugar and shake it up. - Place a layer of nuts on the bottom of the bundt pan. - Place biscuits in a bundt pan. If using nuts, layer them in.
In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture over the biscuits
Bake 350 for approximately 30 minutes/until the top is slightly crunchy
Remove from oven. Place a plate on top of bundt pan and flip over so the cake falls out
Serving Suggestions
Make sure the middle is also done. You don't want raw biscuits in the middle.
