Preparation
1. Wrap corn on the cob with its husk in aluminum foil
2. Place corn in the oven and broil or grill for 20-25 minutes until cooked
3. Open foil and continue to broil on high until lighted charred all over
(Please remove corn husk before completing this step)
4. Remove corn from oven and roll the corn in melted butter
5. Spread evenly with mayonnaise
6. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and TAJÍN Classic Seasoning to your liking and ENJOY!
(Serve with lime wedges)
