     Raspberry Coconut Muffins

Ingredients
7 Egg Whites
1/2 C Coconut Oil (melted)
3/4 C Coconut Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Tbs. Honey
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 C Coconut Flour
 
Raspberries
Coconut Flakes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In one bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together all of the dry ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Fold in raspberries.
Fill muffin liners with batter all the way to the top. Sprinkle with unsweetened coconut flakes on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
