1 lb Groun Beef (grass fed)
|
|
1/2 Medium Onion (finely chopped)
|
|
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
|
|
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
|
|
2 tsp Turkish Seasoning (or other seasonings)
|
|
1 tsp Sea Salt
|
|
Black Pepper
|
|
2 Tbs Bacon Grease
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Heat coconut oil in skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, saute onion with some salt and pepper, then add the garlic.
|

|
In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion mixture, seasonings and salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Using your hands, form into mini sliders.
|
|
|
Cook in a skillet in the bacon grease. 45 seconds on each side.
