     Kaleji (Goat Liver)

Ingredients
1 packet Kaleji (cut into small pieces)
2 cups water
1/2 chopped Onion
6 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Daroo Oil
pinch of Turmeric
2 tsp Dhaniya powder
 

Instructions
Take liver pieces add 2 cups of water and put in pressure cooker for 4 whistles.
Take 2 daroo oil in a frying pan. After oil heats, add onion and garlic to the pan. Take dhaniya powder and haldi in a bowl add 1/2 daroo tomato puree and little water to make a thin liquidy mixture. Add 1 heaped tsp salt to the mixture.
Meanwhile, drain Kaleji from the cooker and save the soup (This served with squeezed lemon and salt becomes Kaleji soup)
When onions are golden brown, add the above mixture to the pan and stir a little. Once the mixture starts bubbling add kaleji pieces to it. You can add 1 tsp garam masala also at this step.
