Microwave Caramel Corn
Combine sugar, corn syrup, butter & salt in 2 qt. bowl.
Microwave on high and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir in the baking soda. .

Put popped corn in a large brown grocery bag and pour the
syrup over popcorn. Close bag and shake vigorously. Put bag
in microwave and cook for 1- 1/2 minutes. Remove bag and
shake. Microwave for an additional 1-1/2 minutes. Remove
and shake again

Pour onto a large cookie sheet to cool. Store in an airtight
container.

|
If too sweet for you, you can add plain, salted popcorn into the final mixture for a salty, sweet mix.
