Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
1 medium apple
10 organic raw almonds
1/4th lemon with peel
2 cups kale (can be fresh or frozen)
1 serving Vega protein powder
1 cup ice
 

Instructions
Blend together greens and milk. Then add remaining items, except the ice. Finally blend the ice until creamy.
