1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen) fresh is better
1 cup diced carrots (fresh or frozen)
2lb cubed or diced raw chicken
2 cloves of garlic or 1 Tbsp fresh garlic
2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2/3 cups milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C), use a disposable pan or line dish with tinfoil for easy clean up
In a large saucepan, saute chopped carrots in the butter for about 3-5 minutes add onion, green beans, broccoli then saute until tender. Add Chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, soup, and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper garlic and parsley.
Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole dish, cover and let rest while making biscuit mix.
In a medium bowl mix with fingers or spoon 2 1/2 cups bisquick mix, gradually pour in milk, mix until a soft dough forms, break into pieces and drop into chicken gravy mix.
Bake in oven uncovered for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
