     Panera Stove Top Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
16 oz pipette pasta or other small pasta shapes
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup flour
2 1/2 cups milk
4 oz. white american cheese, chopped
8 oz. sharp white vermont cheddar
1 tbsp dijion mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
 

Instructions
cook and drain pasta. melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour and milk. reduce heat to medium low, cook until thick about 8 mins.
stir in cheeses and let melt. stir in mustard, salt and hot sauce. stir in pasta. toss to coat, heat through. serve
