     LEMON LOGS

Ingredients
3/4 cup cashews
3/4 cup almonds
3/4 cup dates
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
 

Instructions
Place the first four ingredients into a food processor and process until roughly ground
Add coconut and continue to process until well combined. Shape into small oblong bars and refrigerate.
You can also make orange logs, just swap the lemon for half an orange.
