     Super Fly Pad Thai

Ingredients
4 oz wide rice noodles
Hot water
1 lime, halved
2 T fish sauce
1 t garlic powder
pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1 1/2 t soy sauce
2 T sugar
1 T peanut oil
 
1/4 C cilantro, chopped
1 egg
1/4 C unslated peanuts
1 C bean sprouts

Instructions
1) Soak the noodles in hot water in the medium mixing bowl while you make the sauce and scramble the egg. 2) Squeeze the juice from the lime into a small mixing bowl. Dig out any seeds. Add the fish sauce, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar and peanut oil to the lime juice. Beat with a fork to combine. 3) Scramble the egg in a skillet over medium heat. 4) Add the sauce, the peanuts, and the bean sprouts to the skillet. Stir everything together with tongs and cook until all war,. 5)) Sprinkle cilantro on top
NOTES- - Quadruple sauce - Make sure noodles are separated & broken into small pieces - Can add shrimp or chicken
