1) Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2) Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper (or
you may grease it with shortening or cooking spray)
3) Heat butter until melted, set aside (if using a microwave, cover
the bowl with wax paper or a paper towel to prevent splatter).
4)Combine flour, 2 Tbls. sugar, baking powder & salt in a medium
bowl. Stir in milk and 3 Tbls. of the melted butter until a dough
forms.
5) Combine 3 Tbls. sugar with 1 tsp. cinnamon, set aside.
6) Sprinkle counter surface lightly with flour; turn dough onto
surface & knead dough 10 times. Using a rolling pin, roll out the
dough to form a rectangle, approximately 9 x 5 inches. Brush with
remaining melted butter and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture.

7) Roll dough up tightly, beginning at the narrow end (5-inch side)
and pinch the edge of the dough into roll to seal. Cut into 4
equal parts with a sharp knife. Place cut sides up on cookie sheet
& press each one down with the palm of your hand to form a 6-inch
circle.
8) Bake until golden brown, approximately 8-10 minutes. Top with
generous amounts of vanilla frosting & serve warm.
