     Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp almond flour
3 cups cauliflower
1 large egg
2 large egg whites
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
 
1 tbsp water

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Rinse and dry the cauliflower, place into a food processor, and pulse until it has the texture of rice. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix very well. Form the mix into a ball the best you can.
Using a sheet of parchment paper on a baking pan, place, the ball onto the baking sheet. Flatten out the dough to be about an inch in thickness.
Place the crust into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and put whichever toppings you want for your pizza. Return into the oven for about 10 minutes or so.
