     5-Spice burgers with Sriracha Aoili 4HB

1 pound ground lean beef
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Asian (toasted) sesame oil
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp Chinese five spice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup mayo
3 tbs sriracha
2 tbs ponzu sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, 5-spice powder, ginger, 1 tbs ponzu sauce and salt and pepper. Cook as you would any burger.
For sauce, mix mayo, sriracha, and remaining ponzu.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with lettuce to make a wrap or with mushrooms, onions, bacon, and/pr pickle or whatever sides you want.
