Stir by hand cake mix, butter and eggs. Press in un-greased
9x13 pan. Prepare frosting and spread on fudge base. Keep
frosting 2 inches from edge of pan. Frosting will puff-up and
spread. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Bake 350
for about 25 minutes.
