Line 13 by 9 inch pan with foil, overextending over the sides of the pan. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each until just blended. Pour over crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until centre is almost set. Cool and refrigerate for four hours. Use foil handles to removes cheescake from pan. Top with cherry pie filling!
