     New York Cheesecake Squares

1-1/4 cups Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 pgkg (250 g each) Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup of sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 cup of sour cream
4 eggs
1 can (540 ml) of cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 325' F
Step 1- Line 13 by 9 inch pan with foil, overextending over the sides of the pan. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
Step 2- Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each until just blended. Pour over crust.
Step 3- Bake for 40-45 minutes until centre is almost set. Cool and refrigerate for four hours. Use foil handles to removes cheescake from pan. Top with cherry pie filling!
