|
heat a little oil in a pan, add the onion and carrot and cook until soft. then add the mince meat until it is brown.

once this is done add the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, beef stock and thyme. cover and simmer for 30 mins.

meanwhile, boil the potatoes until they are soft, then add the milk and butter and mash together.
|
|
|
preheat the oven to 190c. place the vegetable and stock with into an ovenproof dish and cover with the mash. bake for 30 minutes and serve with green vegetables of your choice.
