     Double chocolate chip ice cream

1.5 pints of whole milk
75g brown sugar
75g dark chocolate
2 beaten eggs
half tsp vanilla extract
half pint of double cream
75g chocolate chips
dry ice

put the milk, sugar and dark chocaolate into a saucepan and heat gently. pout the mixture over the beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
cook on a low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. once thickened, strain and add the vanilla essence. then let cool.
use a electric mixer and whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks. mix everything together and add the chocolate chips. then freeze.
