|
pour 2 bottles of dessert wine into a pan, bring it to the boil and set fire to it. reduce the mixture by half.

|
|
meanwhile, pour some hot milk over some milk chocolate and stir.
|
|
|
|
mix the chocolate and wine together nd allow it to cool. once cooled strain the mixture through a muslin and then freeze.
|
|
|
|
to serve scrape the ice mixture up and put into a wine glass.
