     Key Lime Freezer Pie

13 whole graham crackers
6 tbs margarine
3 tbs sugar
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 gallon lime sherbet
Lemon Curd
9 eggs yolks
1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
3/4 cup sugar

Crust- Mix graham crackers, margarine and sugar. Reserve half of mixture for the top. Press in 9 X 13 pan and bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix vanilla ice cream and lime shrebet together and place on cooled crust.
Mix ingredients for crud and bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constaantly. Add 1 1/2 tsp lemon rind. Cool and spread on ice cream. Sprinkle remaining graham crumbs on top and freeze for at least three hours before serving. Set out of freezer 1/2 hour before serving. Makes 24 pieces.
