     Chunky Spring Break Salad

Ingredients
2 avocados
4 tomatoes
1/2 red onion
2 nectarines or peaches
2 handfuls cilantro
small package of goat cheese
olive oil
1 lemon
salt/pepper
 
optional- candied walnuts

Instructions
Chop avocados, tomatoes, nectarines in chunks. Finely chop red onion and cilantro.
Dressing- combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt/pepper to taste.
