1 lb ground chicken breast (Sprouts has this) per 4 burgers
4 Kaiser rolls, split and toasted
4 slices of Swiss cheese
4 slices of proscuitto
2 tbls grill seasoning (any brand)
½ onion, grated
½ cup bread crumbs
Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
Olive oil
Instructions
Combine the chicken, onion, bread crumbs, grill seasoning and parsley thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties, approximately 1 inch thick.
Heat a grill pan (or large frying pan) on medium high heat with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. When pan is hot (the oil will ripple) carefully add the burgers and lower the heat to medium. Cook approx. 6-7 minutes per side.
When burgers are cooked through, turn off the heat. Top each burger with 1 slice of proscuitto and 1 slice on cheese. Tent the pan with aluminum foil to melt cheese. Place each burger on the bun, top with flavored mayonnaise or horseradish sauce and shredded lettuce. Enjoy!
