Sprinkle chops with salt. Place in nonstick skillet
and brown over high heat about 3 minutes on each
side. Remove from skillet.
Place onion in pan and cook on medium-high for 5
minutes. Add broth, tomato sauce, onion and garlic
powders to pan. Cook for 1 minute.
Return chops to pan and cook, covered, for 10
minutes longer, or until chop are thoroughly cooked.
Place chops on a plate. Stir sour cream into sauce
in pan and then pour over chops.
