Mix well brown sugar, mustard and horseradish. Moisten with cola to make smooth paste; reserve remaining cola. Rub entire am with moisture. Place in Crock-pot and add remaining cola. Cover and cook on high setting for 1 hour, then turn onto low setting for 6-7 hours. You can use 5 lb. ham as well - cook on high for 1 hour and low for 8-10 hours instead.
