In a muffin tin, place a single wonton wrapper and bake at 350 degrees until crispy. Take out of oven and set aside. Continue with rest of wraps.
Brown 2 rolls of sausage. Drain and set aside. Mix up ranch dressing envelope according to directions, but only use 1 cup of the prepared dressing on the browned sausage. Add 2 cheeses and drained black olives. Spoon into wonton wrappers.
Bake in oven 350-375 until browned or bubbly before serving.
These can be made ahead of time, omit last step and put in freezer.
